The Guest Experience team welcomes everyone that enters our doors on Sunday mornings, whether they have been attending here for ten years or ten days. Our team includes the parking attendants and the greeters and ushers at the both the main and worship center entrances.

Use your tech skills to support Sunday services from behind the scenes. If you enjoy creative problem-solving, teamwork, and helping the whole church experience worship with excellence, this team offers a unique and meaningful way to contribute.

Vocalists and instrumentalists are invited to join the Worship Team, offering their gifts to guide our church family in corporate worship.

Looking to serve in our local community? In August we have our church-wide Serve Day where our whole church goes out to serve across the East Bay by supporting local organizations, improving schools, beautifying public areas, and more! Let us know you’re interested in joining us this year.

Join 3Crosses Kids! Your service helps us partner with parents and transform the lives of kids across the East Bay. Serve as a Sunday school teacher, check-in worker, worship leader, or classroom helper—and make church the best hour of each kid’s week!

Gather with others to pray throughout a worship service and be available afterwards to pray for any who desire, receive daily postings of prayer needs through email, and attend monthly House of Prayer services for equipping and encouragement. Fill out the application to get started.

Help people make it to church on Sunday! For about 1 hour once a month, volunteer as our shuttle driver to and from our 10am service. No special training or licensing required.

Our Hospitality Team creates welcoming spaces with care. Volunteers ensure every gathering reflects God's love and makes people feel truly welcomed.

You'll provide first aid when needed, and if there’s an emergency, you’ll be available to help. If you love people and can remain calm in chaotic situations, this could be the team for you!
