As a 3Crosses Production Intern, you will help create environments where people can encounter Jesus through excellent production and worship experiences. You’ll support weekend services, student ministry gatherings, and special events through audio, lighting, video, and other production needs. This internship is designed to develop both your technical abilities and leadership skills as you serve alongside our Production Team. As a 3Crosses Worship Intern, you will support the Worship and Production teams in creating meaningful environments where people can encounter Jesus. This role is both a ministry opportunity and a leadership development experience, designed to help interns grow spiritually, personally, and practically. We are looking for individuals who love Jesus, serve others with humility, and are committed to helping people find and follow Christ.
