The Associate Director of Serve is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives by mobilizing and equipping volunteers to do the work of the ministry. This person will work closely with the Director of Serve to coordinate and lead ministries such as Serve Day, monthly off-the-hill service projects, Re:Generation, the Volunteer Success Team, and the benevolence process.
